KASEYA INTROS SERVICE BILLING

Kaseya logoKaseya has introduced two new modules, Service Billing 1.0 and Service Desk 1.3. Service Billing enables service providers to handle the billing process from one portal. Administrators can see a variety of organizations and customer details and can establish unique billing sets for asset types, such as workstations, to make sure each asset has a service rate. The system also integrates with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBook’s desktop products and enables them to generate invoices from Service Billing which flow into QuickBooks for receipt processing and generating tax and financial statements.

The Service Desk application integrates with Service Billing and enables technicians to track billable time against open tickets and work orders. The latest version incorporates Session Timer integration which is added to ticket entry for utilization and billing across open tickets and work orders and a Create Task list for open tickets with technician assignments. There are also ticket entry enhancements that simplify customer lookups, streamlined notes capture and Machine Quick-View access to inventory and history with the option to run defined remediation routines. Service Billing starts at seventy-five cents per seat per month while Service Desk starts at $1.50 per seat per month.
