SAGE’S HOUILLON SELLS STOCK

Pascal HouillonPascal Houillon, CEO of Sage North America, recently cashed out some shares.  According to a notice by the parent Sage Group, on September 26 Houillon sold 248,335 of the company’s ordinary shares for 248 pence each.
Using the web to pick up value of 248 pence that translates at about 1.6 pounds each and when converted into dollars, the value of the shares roughly topped $1 million. Sage is closing out its year this week, but it takes a while for the information to become public and I doubt we’ll get much more about Houillon’s stockholdings or compensation since he is not a director of the company and Sage reports only director-level pay.
