NETSUITE: MID-MARKET SELLING PRICE UP

Ron Gill, NetSuiteThe average selling price for NetSuite's mid-market deals rose by 10 percent in 2011. That was a figure handed out this week by CFO Ron Gill at Barclays Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications Conference. This is not a number I recall being previously discussed in public by NetSuite executives.
Gill also said during the webcast that the ASP for channel deals was "slightly below" the average $40,000 for an initial sales contract. The company has previously stated that channel sales comprise about 40 percent of all new sales. Deals brought in by systems integrators Accenture and McGladrey were much higher, although Gill did not provide a range. There ought to be more sales in both the VAR and SI arena with the addition of Deloitte Consulting, Grant Thornton and Blytheco this month.
