EXACT NAMES CLOUD HEAD
Exact has named an executive to run its new Cloud Solutions division, filling the last major open position in the company's reorganization this year. Hartmut Wagner will start his new job on January 7 and will become a member of the board of managing directors in May. Previously, Wagner was director of Hewlett-Packard's information management software business in EMEA.
He joined that company in April 2010. Before that, he was SVP for worldwide sales, channel and marketing of the Digital Business unit of Iron Mountain, a company he joined in 2005. Exact created two divisions during the summer as it reorganized its business worldwide, a move that included ousting its North American management. The Netherlands-based software vendor appointed Marinus ter Laak as managing director of the Business Division, earlier this year. Ter Laak takes over his position on December 1.The business division handles traditional desktop products, such as Macola.
