HIGHJUMP PURCHASES WESUPPLY Featured

David Grosvenor, WesupplyHighJump has acquired the United Kingdom-based Wesupply, which offers an electronic commerce trading platform. HighJump said this week the deal increase the reach of its TrueCommerce EDI platform to more than 10,000 trading partners and 130,000 trading connections. HighJump described the deal as giving it a "true multi-tenant SaaS solution that enables quick onboarding of new trading partners and rapid time-to-value for community members."

Wesupply is headed by CEO David Grosvenor who has been in that position since December 2010. This is the fourth HighJump acquisition in 14 months. In July 2014, the company, then called Accellos, bought HighJump Software and adopted the acquired company's name. Later that month, the newly named HighJump purchased Atlas Products, a U.K.-based e-invoicing and EDI company. In May, it picked up Nexternal, a Carlsbad, Calif.-based ecommerce platform provider. HighJump has been making these moves as a portfolio company of Accel-KKR.
