That stemmed from the sale of the Dynamics GP practice of Peachtree Corners, Ga.-based I.B.I.S. to Dublin, Ohio-based Socius. Eclipse has been in New Zealand with Dynamics GP and NAV practices since 2006. The Australian organization established its major foothold in this country late in 2013 with the acquisition of Tectura North America. Founded in 1999, Koorb has kept its Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Sharepoint businesses.

UXC ECLIPSE ACQUIRES AX/BI UNITS Featured
UXC Eclipse, which has major Dynamics operations in the United States, has acquired the Dynamics AX and Microsoft Business Intelligence divisions of Koorb Consulting. Koorb is based in New Zealand and was reported to have more than 90 AX and BI sites. The parent UXC is based in Australia. Eclipse said the deal makes it the largest AX reseller in New Zealand one of the top two globally. Bradley Stroop, CEO of UXC Eclipse, says the company expects 55 percent of revenue to come from AX and related products for the year ending June 30, 2016.
