Jason Maynard, Oracle NetSuite Oracle NetSuite has introduced NetSuite Banking as a Service. NetSuite said the capability gives its financial application direct access to financial services such as embedded payments, reconciliation.

INTUIT DEFINES QBO ADVANCED MARKET

Sasan Goodarzi, IntuitIntuit has defined its target market for the new QuickBooks Online Advanced. In a webcast of this week’s Investor’s day presentation, EVP Sasan Goodarzi, who will take over as CEO in January, said the company’s target for Advanced is companies with 10 to 100 employees.

Keri Gohman, Xero Xero is changing the titles of several senior executives.  The changes, noted in the biographies in a recent prospectus for a $300 million-note offering, are all additions to existing titles. That’s except for Kirsty Godfrey-Billby, chief accounting officer, who becomes CFO on October 1.

XERO FLOATS $300M NOTES FOR M&A

Steve Vamos, XeroXero is issuing $300 million in notes aimed at providing funds for acquisitions. The online accounting software company this week said it expects about $324 million in proceeds from the offering which is expected to be completed October 4.
