Insightsoftware has continued on its acquisitive path with the purchase of Logi Analytics. Terms were not disclosed. Based in McLean, Va.,  Logi provides embedded analytics products for software companies.

Quisitive Technology Solutions, a Dynamics reseller based in Canada, has closed about $50 million in financing. Proceeds from a Subscription Rights Offering and Concurrent Private Placement are expected to be used in the Quisitive of BankCard USA Merchant Services.

Netherlands-based Unit4 has announced the availability of ERPx. The company this week said the new product brings together Financials, Procurement, Project Management, HR and FP&A onto a unified cloud platform that shares real-time information.
