SWK Technologies is buying a Sage HCM reseller. The East Hanover, N.J.-based VAR said it has signed an agreement to buy the HCM division of Chicago, Ill.-based PeopleSense.

 Andrew Nunez, chief revenue officer of SWK Technologies, has left to become CEO of Scanco. Nunez who held the position at the East Hanover, N.J.-based reseller for nearly five years, has been replaced by Alex Natashkin, previously SVP of inside sales.

FinancialForce has named Aaron Koenderman as VP of global partner strategy. With a slight difference in title, Koenderman apparently fills the spot left by the departure of Jeff Edwards, VP of global channels, the first head of the software company’s channel aspirations.
