HSO, which acquired AKA Consulting in August, has boosted its operations with the acquisition of SAGlobal and its 360 Solutions Group. The operations will do business as HSO ProServ, a unit of HSO US, with more an 300 employees here.

Unit4 has hired John Gregitis as its president of North America. He is replacing Andy Brockhoff, who had held the job from July 2019.

The Prodware Group, the France-based company which sells Dynamics and Sage financial software, has issued a rather opaque statement about the fourth quarter. The company said it “sees a significant surge in technological investments in the 4th quarter of 2020 on behalf of many customers, both mid-market companies and subsidiaries of large groups.”
