Insightsoftware has acquired Certent, which makes SaaS products for financial disclosure management and equity management. Terms were not disclosed.

Repay Holdings, which has been acquiring payments companies, is raising $402.5 million in a combination of shares and debt under a shelf offering. The company has made an offering of $130 million in shares of its Class A stock and $350 million in convertible senior notes due 2026.

SilverSun Technologies, parent of reseller SWK Technologies, has named Joseph Macaluso, a member of its board of directors, as its new CFO. Macauluso simultaneously resigned the position he had held on the board since January 2015.
