Payments company Paya has gone public by virtual of its merger with public company FinTech Acquisition Corp. III. Paya stock is now trading on the Nasaq Stock Market. 

Prodware, a Sage and Dynamics reseller based in France, saw sales worsen in the third quarter ended September 30. Revenue for the first half was down 6.1 percent from the first half of 2019.

Christine Dye is leaving the position of chief financial officer SilverSun Technologies, parent of reseller SWK Technologies, effective November 13. She has served in that job since January 2019.
