Acumatica has significantly expanded its presence in the United Kingdom with a data center operating in that country and plans to hire a country manager. In addition, the cloud ERP software company signed Pinnacle as a VAR in the U.K.

Oracle has emphasized touchless operations with its recent updates to its Fusion ERP line. Among the capabilities coming to market are Intelligent Process automation by using configurable and intelligent rules and patterns to automate manual tasks such as reconciliations.

Microsoft has enhanced Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, outlined during the week’s Dynamics Business Applications Launch Event. Microsoft describes customer Insights as “the fastest-growing application in the Dynamics 365 line.”
