CIBC Innovation Banking has invested approximately $19 million ($25 million Canadian) in Vena Systems. The Canadian-based company received financing of about $75 million last year.

Zoho has introduced Zoho Workplace, a cloud-based office suite. The software company said this week the suite combines nine integrated applications built on a common model with common search and AI with one dashboard.

Sage has finally said its fall X3 conference will be held virtually. The event, Sage Sessions X3, was schedule for October 13 through 15 in San Francisco, Calif.
