Acumatica has scheduled its annual summit from January to May. The event is still planned for the Wynn Las Vegas but now from May 16 through 21.

Innovia Consulting has acquired Kanza Business Solutions, a Dynamics Business Central and NAV reseller, based in Overland Park, Kan. Terms were not disclosed.

Insightsoftware, which owns the Jet Reports line, has acquired Viareport. That company, based in Paris, France, markets cloud-based financial consolidation, lease accounting, reporting and forecasting applications.
