Paradigm Technology Consulting of Allentown, Pa., has been acquired by ISS Solutions, a subsidiary of Geisinger. PTC will be run as an independent business under its president Bridgette A. Hobart Janeczko, who has become a member of the ISS executive team. 

Blackbaud strongly promoted artificial intelligence as this week it reported financial results for the first quarter ended March 31. “We’re enabling data-driven decisions by pairing the industry’s largest data set with the industry’s most advanced set of AI capabilities, ultimately having greater impact on our customers and their missions,” CEO Mike Gianoni said during an earnings webcast.

With North America revenue growth trailing other regions, the Sage Group laid out plans to improve performance in its second half. In releasing results for the company for the six months ended March 31, the company said that included “Challenges in the partner channel are starting to be addressed in the region, with increased focus on the top 30 partners to drive recurring revenue growth.”
