Intuit has named Ariege Misherghi as the new leader of its Accountant Segment. She replaced Rich Preece who has moved into the newly created position of U.S. country manager for Intuit’s Small Business Self-employed Group. Preece had held his previous job since August 2016.

Blackbaud intends to grow its sales force in the second half after focusing on increasing productivity in the first half. Company executives outlined that plan in this week’s webcast for earnings for the second quarter ended June 30.

After an unexpected slip in revenue goals for the first Half, Sage said it has moved back on plan. The comment was made this week by CFO Steve Hare during a trading update for the third quarter ended June 30.
