Accounting software vendor Kashoo has launched a bookkeeping and tax service for businesses. In announcing the program, Nikki Layton, VP of customer success, "As a customer, you'll have your own team of financial experts that actually care about the success of your business."

Blackbaud has hired Kevin Gregoire as president of the nonprofit software company's Enterprise Market Group for North America. He replaces Brian Boruff, who will now lead Blackbaud's Partner Ecosystem & Global Alliances business.

Dominik Steiner has been named CEO of Alfapeople, a Dynamics VAR that specializes in retail. He replaces Michael Gaardboe, who had held the job at the Denmark-based operation since 2010.
