Peter Jensen, who has held a number of Dynamics jobs, has been named to a manager position in the Dynamics line. In January, he became director of partner planning and strategy for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

CRM vendor Zoho has introduced Zia Voice, which adds speech and chat capabilities to Zia, an AI-powered sales assistant. Zia can also now predict deal closures and analyze email sentiment.

French reseller ProdWare has reported net income of about $14.4 million for the year ended December 31. That represents an increase of 22.4 percent over the fiscal 2016.
