PAYA LAUNCHES GOV PLATFORM Featured

Payments provide Paya has launched Paya Gov, for payments for governing agencies at all levels. The company says the product already serves more than 2,000 government agenciess and municipalities in 24 states. 

Customers utilize PayaGov to accept payments for such items as water and gas utilities, property tax, courts fines and licenses. In a prepared statement, chief strategy officer, Ben Weiner, chief strategy officer, said the debut “marks the full integration of our First Billing Services and Payment Group brands.” Among the PayaGov applications are UtilityConnect for utility billing and payments,  CourtConnect, which handles defendant payments, and MuniConnect for municipality and city payments.
