Australian vendor Pronto Software has launched the Pronto Connect platform to support software from third parties. There are also major updates to Pronto Xi provide access to the company's Mobile Service and Mobile CRM modules. The Pronto Xi Mobile Service links with Pronto Xi Service Management enabling users to document, log, process and track service calls. Pronto Xi Mobile CRM enables approved employees to access information.
