NETSUITE SIGNS SIKICH, ISM, WAC
NetSuite picked up some serious resellers in its latest rounds of VAR signings this week. Among the new enlistees were Sikich, No. 13 on our Top 100 list, and WAC Consulting, No. 54. Sikich, which carries a broad range of accounting software but is heavy on Dynamics, had $29 million in revenue for the last year. WAC, likewise carrying a multitude of ERP products, came in with $7.1 million. Portland, Ore.-based ISM, which is supposed to merge with SWK Technologies, also had $7 million in its last year. ISM has historically been a Sage reseller.
ISM was No. 58 on the Top 100 list. Also signing with NetSuite was SD Mayer & Associates, a firm that just started business in the last two months. Founded by Stephen Mayer, the organization is a full-service accounting firm. There is a caveat on WAC, which is based in Northborough, Mass. managing director Robert Distler said that one of the reseller's 17 offices is carrying NetSuite as offices make their own product decisions. In this week's earnings webcast, NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson reported that with the channel bringing in 30 percent of his company's new business, "The size of the VARS is getting larger. The deals of the VARS are getting larger. You are starting to see many six-figure license deals come out of the channel."
