These carry a range of the top ERP applications and the new merger raises the question of could they become an ERP smorgasboard company.  An Evergreen post last year reported how Alta Vista president Scott Jackson and TWBS CEO Chris Milan had recently connected to share ideas. Based in Royal Oak, Mich., Alta Vista, which was acquired by Evergreen in March 2022, was No. 62 on Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs for 2023 with $13.9 million in revenue. It will probably move up the list this year. The combined company will be lead by Alta Vista president Jackson. Digitek handles Sage Intacct and Sage’s construction line, Sage 100 contractor 300 CRE and construction management. Alta Vista resells Intacct and Dynamics BC/GP. The other Evergreen companies carry a variety of software.
