FISHBOWL PLANS CLOUD CRM

Fishbowl Inventory plans to release a customer relationship management system for use with its inventory application later this year. The company made the announcement as it released Fishbowl Inventory 2012.
The CRM package will be for use with cloud inventory platform, Fishbowl Pipeline, a beta product. Pipeline will support mobile devices such as iPads, tablets and smartphones and provide mobile sales and inventory features. Pipeline will also support the desktop. Fishbowl Inventory 2102 integrates with SalesPoint for businesses with a backend warehouse and retail storefront. The company also said the new version is the most stable ever released and offering increased stability and reduces bugs while feature requests and requirements can be quickly implemented through the company’s Extreme Programming practices. SalesPoint can be purchased as an add-on to the 2012 release.
