The company had operated without a CEO since Martinsen's ouster late in 2011. In a prepared statement, Martinsen said the new owners had made a substantial increase in capital. The price was not disclosed. Norriq, which made the Microsoft Inner Circle in 2011, has operating companies in Belgium, Denmark and the Netherlands and had about $59 million in revenue last year. Its target markets include automotive, retail, food and beverage, and wholesale and distribution. My memory from earlier this year when Norriq hired Tommy Valther Hansen as CEO that some were expecting the company to be sold, although probably not in this way.
