Dynamics and Oracle reseller Alithya is acquiring Quebec City, Que.-based company R3D Conseil for about $60 million. Alithya, headquartered in Montreal, Que., will gain 600 consultants and a company which has about $50.1 million in revenue.

Sage has launched a data and analytics platform that provides tools to users of both on-premise  and cloud-based versions of Sage 100 and 300 in the United States and Canada. Sage Data & Analytics previously was introduced in other regions.

IFS, a sister company to Acumatica, has signed an agreement to acquire Axios Systems, which makes cloud-based Enterprise Service Management software. The deal is expected to be completed this quarter.
