Xero is acquiring Hubdoc, which makes document collection and management software, for $70 million in cash and stock. Hubdoc, based in Toronto, Ont., will operate as a stand-alone unit, New Zealand-based Xero said this week.

Microsoft has named members of its 2018 Inner Circle. However, resellers contacted have been unable to find the complete list and members of the Presidents’ Club that the company said would be made available on its PartnerSource site.

Revenue for the Prodware Group, a Dynamics and Sage reseller based in France, rose by 2.2 percent for the second quarter ended June 30. The company’s revenue reached about $52.9 million for the most recently ended quarter, about $104.8 million for the first half.
