Construction software specialist Viewpoint has acquired Monrovia, Calif.-based Keystyle Data Solutions. Viewpoint purchased veteran software company Dexter+Chaney last summer.

Macola Software has released Macola 10.7, the latest version of the venerable software package. It is the first important product introduction since Macola was acquired by ECi Software Solutions.

CompuData has hired a CFO and also last month detailed a number of important personnel actions for 2018. The Philadelphia, Pa.-based reseller named Jerry Kochanski as CFO in February.
