BroadPoint Technologies has acquired Jitasa’s Technology Solutions division. Jitasa purchased the TS division, the former AVF Consulting, and K12 Enterprise in May 2016. Terms were not disclosed.

Unit4 has released of a beta version of its Wanda chatbot, which shows how individuals in one country may interpret what is said in another.  Wanda is Unit4’s enterprise digital assistant released early last year.
