Microsoft has created the Coco Framework, which is designed to advance enterprise adoption of blockchain technology and a sort of user democracy in defining it. It will be introduced next year on GitHub. A technical white paper and demonstration is available.

Tad Druart, EVP of marketing for Abila, has taken a job with the same title at ESO Solutions. Both companies are based in Austin, Texas. Druart held the position with the nonprofit software company from May 2014 until taking the job with ESO on July 27.

Catching up on Alumni News: Kirill Tatarinov has moved on from his role as CEO of Citrix, where he served from January 2016 until last month. Tatarinov, of course, headed the former Microsoft Business Solutions from July 2007 through October 2015. The news accounts of his departure said it was abrupt.
