The KnowledgeSync Event Manager can now integrate with JobBoss. The Event Manager monitors business activity and deliver alerts, custom reports, and workflow activity. It captures data from the shop floor to produce alerts for users of the shop management system.

Dexter+Chaney has introduced the Spectrum Integration Hub. At the same time, the company promoted long-time employee, Mark Schwartz, to the position of Spectrum product manager. Schwartz was a sales engineer for the prior 13 years.

Intacct Contract Billing for CRM has been launched. The module has built-in connectivity between Intacct's financial applications and Salesforce's CRM packages. Intacct says the connector eliminates the need to deploy or maintain integration software that connects ERP and CRM processes.
