SAP has acquired Contextor, which designs robotic process automation products. The software company said recently it will use Contextor’s RPA technology to automate half of all business processes supported by its SAP ERP software over the next three years.

Kevin Armstrong, who was VP of sales for North America for DXC Technology, has taken the position of chief revenue officer with Global Safety Management.  GSM provides SaaS-based compliance products for handling chemical and product safety information.

Intuit CEO Brad Smith received $21.1 million  in compensation for the year ended July 31, an increase of 28.6 percent from $16.4 million a year earlier. Smith, who is leaving the company, will be replaced by EVP Sasan Goodarzi on January 1.
