Viewpoint contributed $50.3 million in revenue to totals for Trimble for the third quarter ended September 30. In its Form 10-Q, filed this month, Trimble also reported that e-Bulider added $65.9 million to the top line.

A 44-percent rise in sales and marketing expenses contributed to drop in earnings for SilverSun Technologies for the third quarter ended September 30. That was a factor in a 46.3-percent decline in net income on a 20.4-percent increase in revenue.

Thirteen Macola resellers who were terminated from their VAR Contracts have filed sued against ECI Macola/Max LLC, the company which owns the software package. The group this week alleged antitrust violations, tortious interference, breach of contract, along with other claims. ECI has not responded to a request for comment.
