Innovia Consulting, once known as ABC Computers, has revamped its management. The company’s moved came after founder and now chairman, Donovan Lane, stepped back into management last year. Lane was CEO until January 2013 when Mark Christie took over the job.

Edgewater Technology, a Microsoft and Oracle partner, has become part of Canadian Alithya. The deal closed this week following shareholder approval which establishes Alithya and Edgewater as subsidiaries of the newly formed Alithya Group, which will take Edgewater’s place as a publicly traded company on Nasdaq.

AvidXchange has hired Denise Leleux as SVP for supplier services. Leleux joins the company from Tesla, where she where she led Global Customer Experience for the Tesla Automotive and Energy Businesses from May 2017 until taking the new job.
