The Central Consulting Group of Bloomington, Minn., has been named Reseller of the Year by Deltek. The reseller is led by co-founders Jim Falkanger, John Nelson and Steve Stolz. Reston, Va.-based Infotek Consulting was chosen as Referral Partner of the Year.

Ancora Advisors has won its battle to replace four members of the board of directors of Edgewater Technology with its own nominees. The change was made on February 16 following Ancora’s winning a proxy battle. Whether Ancora's representatives replace top Edgewater execs as promised, remains to be seen.

Dynamics Communities has realigned its conference schedule, dropping the reImagine name for its Fargo, N.D. event. The name has been replaced with "Dynamics GP Tech Conference" as the sales and marketing portion of the conference has been moved to GPUG Amplify, on March 20 in Anaheim Calif.
