U.K.’S M-HANCE JOINS PARTNER POWER

Andrew Hayward, M-HanceM-Hance, a Dynamics reseller, has joined Partner Power International as the organization’s exclusive representative in the United Kingdom. Partner Power has several members in the United States. These are Sikich, Ibis, Business Management International, PFK-Texas and Western Computer. Membership is designed to help resellers that have clients with offices in multiple regions. Andrew Hayward, managing director of M-Hance described his organization’s client base as growing rapidly. A major reason for that was in November 2011 it consolidated seven reselling organizations in the British Isles.

AVALARA LINKS TO GOPAYMENT

F9 V5 FOR DYNAMICS SL RELEASED

F9 logoVersion 5 of F9 for Dynamics SL has been released with new features designed to enhance its ability to work with Excel 2007 and 2010. Changes include new Task Panes so that users interact with F9 directly from the Excel spreadsheet. Also added are Reporting Controls displayed in a drop-down format for selection of filters while enhanced toolsets provide improved Analyze and Zero Suppress functionality.

EPICOR BUYS TOP VAR

Uluomatootua Saulaulu Aiono, CogitaEpicor just put an end to the company that has been its Global Partner of the Year for the last four years. The Dublin, Calif.-based software company has acquired virtually all of the assets of New Zealand-based Cogita Holdings. The deal is expected to close by May 31. No terms were announced.

MISYS PICKS DEVELOPMENT CHIEF

Nelson Rooker, MiSysManufacturing Information Systems, a manufacturing software vendor, has named Nelson Rooker as director of software development. Rooker worked for Alcara Software for 13 years. MiSys, based in Woodstock, Vt., develops applications that work with Intuit’s QuickBooks and Sage 50 U.S. and Canadian Editions (formerly Peachtree and Simply Accounting), and Sage 300 (formerly Accpac).
