Alta Vista Technology is merging with Digitek Solutions are merging effective March 1, with Alta Vista as the surviving company.  As both are portfolio companies of Evergreen Services Group it leads to the question of the future of Evergreen companies, Alliance Solutions Group, Strategic information Group, Third Wave Business Systems.

 Enterprise-level customers represent an increasing part of the business of Procore Technologies, CEO Tooey Courtemanche said during the company’s recent webcast for earnings for the year ended December 31.

Crestwood Associates, which is based in Park Ridge, Ill., was named Jason Sheaffer as CEO.
