AccountMate has entered a beta program for its next-generation Enterprise product. The beta program will end on June 28 for what will be THE product for the software company.

Adaptive Insights has filed its prospectus in preparation for an initial public offering. This follows on the heels of last week's, long-awaited filing by Avalara. The market must be right as KeyedIn recently raised $15 million in private funding.

Prodware, a Dynamics and Sage reseller based in France, reported revenue of about $53.3 million for the first quarter ended March 31. That was up 4.1 percent from last year’s corresponding period and an increase of 4.9 percent on a comparable basis.
