Zoho has established its first European office in Utrecht, Netherlands. The software company says the move signals the launch of a European business development initiatve, which includes growing a partner channel on the continent.

RSM is carrying three lines of cloud financial software. However, worldwide Oracle NetSuite is the product of choice.  “We have established NetSuite as our go-to global platform,” Steve Ems, principal and national business applications leader for RSM US, said recently.

Avalara has filed for its long-awaited public offering. The Seattle, Wash.-based company will seek a maximum in proceeds from the offering. The company’s S-1 says Avalara lost $64.1 million for the year ended December 31, compared to a loss of $57.9 million for 2016.
