QAD says it expect revenue of about $306 million for the year ended January 31. The company said recently that compares to previously issued guidance of $300 million to $302 million for fiscal 2018.

Reseller Velosio has hired Dom Cristelli as VP of sales. Velosio is the firm formed recently through the merger of the SBS Group and Socius. Cristelli was most recently national sales leader for Tribridge/DXC.

Brian Keets, a sales VP at Epicor, has become chief revenue officer of EtQ. In January, he joined EtQ, which makes Quality, EHS, Food Safety and Compliance management software.
