Blackbaud has decided to power its Sky platform with Microsoft Azure. The decision is part of a three-point commitment between the nonprofit software vendor and Microsoft, reached shortly after the latter vendor launched its Tech for Social Impact Group.

Oracle NetSuite has announced expansion in the EMEA region and the Middle East. The cloud software company has launched SuiteSuccess editions for companies headquartered in Ireland and the United Kingdom. It has also introduced localized OneWorld features for the companies in Portugal and Spain.

Fresh off its purchase of the former Dexter+Chaney, Viewpoint has enhanced the acquired company’s Spectrum construction software. The updates include a cloud-based Service Tech mobile field service app and a beta version of Spectrum Business Intelligence for data analysis, business modeling and advanced reporting.
