Eide Bailly has acquired Lehi, Utah-based Kyazma Business Consulting, a firm that provides consulting services for the Salesforce.com platform. Kyazma's 35 staffers have joined the accounting firm, along with Hans Hendershot, Kyazma's president and founder, who has become a principal. Founded in 1999, Kyazma, a Salesforce Silver Cloud Alliance Partner, offers consulting packages that start with the Group Edition for $1,850.

Xero has adjusted its schedule for going public in the United States. Originally, the New Zealand-based cloud software company said it would make the move before its year ended on March 31, 2015. In a presentation before the company's shareholders in its annual meeting, CEO Rod Drury said "timing will be dependent on internal and external factors and not before release of our FY16 results.

Microsoft is building up to the launch of Dynamics AX 7'. That includes tightening the rules for third-party developers. The program itself was described in a blog post by VP Wayne Morris as "an enterprise-class business application built for the cloud." Morris noted that there will be a public preview of the new version this quarter. At the Worldwide Partner Conference this week, the software vendor said the new rules for obtaining the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics label Morris said this involves validating the application and methods developers employ, and operate the software through Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services.
