Intuit’s change of leadership was completed this week as Sasan Goodarzi took over as CEO from Brad Smith. Smith, who became CEO in 2003, moves into the position of executive chairman. 

A $800-million drop in revenue targets and changes in executive sales leadership has triggered a law suit against DXC Technology. Investors have until February 25 to ask to be made lead plaintiff in a class action suit against the company, which has a large Dynamics practice.

Avalara has added 41 new integrations to its sales-tax line. And among the group are connections to enterprise-level software.
