Steve Kelly may no longer be CEO of the Sage Group. But he is not forgotten and remains on the company payroll through May 31, according to the company’s annual report for the year ended September 30.

MYOB will not accept a takeover bid from KKR after the venture company lowered its offering price. MYOB said this week  it remains in discussions despite fact that “The Board has informed KKR that it is not in a position to recommend the Revised Proposal”.

Oracle added at least 1,000 NetSuite customers during the second quarter ended November 30. In its earnings report this week, the software company said it had more than 16,000 NetSuite ERP customers.
