Exact appears to have completed its sale of three American manufacturing software packages to ECi Software Solutions. The plan was announced earlier this year when Exact's owner, Apax Partners, purchased ECi and said it would make the switch.

American Payment Solutions and iSoft Systems are providing PCI-complaint credit card processing for SMBs using AccountMate. A credit card processor, APS will provide its services via iSoft's AMmobile.

Adaptive Insights says it has passed $100 million in revenue for the trailing 12 months. It also says it has $100 million in annual recurring subscriptions under contract.
