Paul Miller, chief marketing officer for Xero's American operations, has last the company. Miller, who joined the New Zealand-based cloud software company, has taken the position of CMO and SVP of operations for Austin, Texas-based Upland Software.

Intuit has named Michelle Clatterbuck to take over the role of CFO on February 1. She will take over with the retirement of Neil Williams, who has held the job since joining Intuit in January 2008.
