TRIBRIDGE NAMES CFO

Chris JosephTribridge, Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner of the Year, says it is polishing its operations to continue growth with the appointment of Chris Joseph as CFO. Joseph was CEO of Mercatus, which provided technology services to healthcare providers, and joined Tribridge when it purchased his company in May. Besides doing the usual CFO things, his duties were described as including the support of "the company’s ongoing acquisition strategy."

Mercatus had both on-premise and Internet-based products. Before founding Mercatus, Joseph was CFO at the Parson Group. There hasn’t been a lot of acquisition news in the Microsoft channel, although there are several companies talking about M&A. One delayed plan is starting to move a bit. Former Tectura COO Jeff Lynn, who has picked Tallan as the vehicle for consolidation in the Microsoft channel, said a deal to purchase twentysixNew York, a Manhattan-based working in BI and infrastructure, had finally closed after a delay of several months.
