NETSUITE ENHANCES OPENAIR

NetSuite has added services resource planning and professional service automation features to its OpenAir platform. The additions include Expense Reporting for iPhone, a PSA app that enables users to capture an image of an expense receipt, attach it to a report and submit it.

Guided self-service reporting utilizes an Advanced Reporting Wizard guides for designing reports. Advanced Global Resource Management offers time zone support for booking resources across different time zones, while a graphical booking chart displays the location of field resources. There is also Real-Time Workflow Notification for making staffing decision and assignments with workflow notification enhancements for sending detailed messages based on triggering events.
