The net loss is expected to range from $36 million to $420 million, compared to a loss of $56 million from the inception of the company to September 30, 2011. International revenue dropped 2 percent, while Americas revenue rose by 4 percent. The company said it had solid performance in high-end retail and ERP and fared less well in low-end retail because of weakness in the construction and housing markets. There was significant growth in sales from the Asia Pacific grew EMEA revenue declined. The company expects to add $85 million in annual revenue and $25 million in EBIDTA from the recently purchased Solarsoft. Including that operation would give $953 million in pro forma revenue for 2012 and adjusted EBITDA of $246 million. Epicor and Activant merged in 2011 and Activant, under the Epicor name, is considered the surviving company.

EPICOR SEES SINGLE-DIGIT REV GROWTH
Epicor Software says the company expects to report revenue of $866 million to $870 million, for the year ended September 30, an increase of 2 percent to 3 percent over the $847 million in pro forma revenue for fiscal 2011. Adjusted EBITDA is forecast to reach $220 million to $22 million over pro forma EBITDA $194 million.
