Dynamics reseller Fine Solutions has acquired the Dynamics GP division of DTM Systems of Vancouver, B.C. The deal moves Lynnwood, Wash.-based Fine into British Columbia and Western Canada.

Debra Ellis has joined Intacct reseller Leap the Pond as director of professional services. Ellis has had a long career in the reseller channel, having founded the Eagle Consulting Group, where she worked from 1994 through 2006.

Intacct has hired Ian Howells as VP of market development. Intacct says Howells will "spearhead the cross-company go-to-market strategies for Intacct's targeted vertical market segments. Before joining the San Jose, Calif.-based cloud software vendor, the exec was the head of marketing at Argyle Data, which is a machine learning Hadoop application vendor.

Sage has hired Blair Crump as president with responsibility for sales and customer service, the first time Sage has ever had a president for the company's world-wide operations. Crump will report to CEO Stephen Kelly. Crump was COO from Pros Holdings from February 2014 and president of Salesforce.com from February 2012 through January 2014.
